Friday afternoon, almost christmas, gin, tonic, aer family, and a great photographer. Check out the results! Many thanks to Frank Schoepgens who gave us great energy and many laughs, not to mention great material! And to Anita for bringing the Polaroid camera. Thanks guys! was a great afternoon!

How many versions of Pong game have you seen? Thousands, maybe? Then here you have one more and obviously a bit original: The Browser Pong by stewdio. Just a classic pong, even for two players!, but playing with the browser windows.

I love using windows as interface elements. From digital point of view, a window is the most physical element you have on a screen, so there is some thing magical when they are joined one to other. You don’t believe me! Just check the browser ball.

Activa’t was an exhibit organized by the Generalitat de Catalunya, CCRTV (Corporación Catalana de Radio y Televisión) along with other public institutions. It took place in Palau Robert in Barcelona from the 30th of May to the 31st of August of 2007.

The purpose of the exhibit was to offer insight into the technological architecture that makes it possible to offer universal multimedia access to audiovisual services and content of reference to the masses.

This project was done in colaboration with Lunatus and La Mosca for various applications in the “Mundo Conectado” room of the exhibit. This room used the SAM (Servicio Audiovisual Metereología) system to generate meterological information for various medias like TV, radio, internet, telephone, and mobile phones. In this project Aer designed and programmed 4 interfaces, 1 being interactive: tactile screen to select cities with a projection of the output information, mobile phone simulation and a newspaper simulation.
