Kinetic is a beautiful iPhone application created by Mothership, a new software development & interaction design company co-founded by our good friend Stuart Eaton. With Kinetic you can measure and improve your training. It tracks the route you follow when running or biking based on the GPS and allows you to define goals and challenge yourself. Take a look at the video to see how great the interface behaves.
Note: I love the app, but I think I will keep playing ping pong instead of biking around the city… But that’s just me!

I’m writing this post from the land of sun drenched beaches, congested highways and crooked politicians (Ok, I know there is more than one). A so called paradise. This image was recuperated from some experiments done with a flat scanner bed and a printed image for Bluermutt’s “The Dislocation and Consequences” album. However, I also found that the image is perfect for describing the dissonance between popular perception and the reality of South Florida. Welcome to Miami.

Our talented friend Guille Lopez, who collaborated with Aer in projects such as The Turn, has been responsible for developing part of the front end of the new “personalized video clip” of Arcade Fire.
The Wilderness Downtown is an experiment by Google to test the capabilities of HTML5 combined with some of their services, like Google Maps. Just type your full address in the form, turn your speaker on and let the comic style story begin.
